MDM Construction LLC was contracted as a subcontractor for this South Dakota Army National Guard project. MDM handled all work scopes outside of electrical and electrical components. This project dealt with remodeling and reconfiguring to relocate the Armory’s server room. This include equal part electrical and finish work.
Work performed as subcontractor included demo and construct masonry walls, demo and construction steel stud walls, dywalling, painting, door demolition and installation, new flooring, and new acoustic ceiling. Working hours were limited during construction but an on time completion was still achieved.
